Welcome to the Chilly Willy Duathlon at beautiful Fort DeSoto park. Come and join us for a closed course event friendly for the beginner and seasoned duathlete alike. You begin by running a marked 5k course, followed by a 10-mile bike, followed by a 5k course.

This event has grown in popularity in the past four years and will close out at 500-600 entries this year. As with all the events at Fort DeSoto park, the Chilly Willy Duathlon is a USAT sanctioned event. All athletes must have a current USAT license or purchase a one-day membership at packet pickup.

All athletes will receive a long sleeve Chilly Willy t-shirt and a Chilly Willy water bottle. The event is chip-timed and athletes will receive splits for each segment of the race. Awards are given three deep in each age-group in addition to the overall male and female finisher.

Our goal is to produce a safe and fun event. Bring your family and enjoy one of Pinellas Counties best parks. We look forward to seeing you perform your chilly best at the 2009 Chilly Willy Duathlon! Please note: there are No Registration Refunds.
